No I am on Woodworkuk and Ukworkshop.

Perhaps a little about myself.

I am 34, I own a joinery company in Birmingham, in which we design and make retail and restaurant furniture for many High St Brands.

I started life working for joinery company that manufactured joinery for Victoria and Albert Museum, Windsor Castle, Millennium Point (Birmingham), the company is renowned in the UK for its apprenticeship programme, I wasn't allowed to use power tools until I was 18, so everything was done by hand.

I am forever learning.

Regards

Mark

Hi Mark,

Welcome to our corner of the woodwork arena. I guess you might recognise me

I've just approved your last couple of posts and now that you have made three you are free from the moderation delay.

We are mainly hobby woodworkers here but a good selection of skills between us. We like projects and photos!

Photos need to be hosted elsewhere and linked into your posts with image tags

Cheers

Bob

Welcome Mark.

You weren't born on the 27th of September 1981, were you? On the off chance you were, you might want to change your user name, as this is useful info for fraudsters.

It's more a photo hosting site with a social media aspect than an out & out social media with all the garbage that goes with that. Simply take a photo with your phone of what you are making & add it to your feed, it's as simple as that, it's great for keeping up with what mates are working on.
There's quite a few you'd know Mark, Jonny, Ed, JH, sTu, Paul Barrow, Mark Rhodes, some use it as an advertising tool I mainly use it for ideas & keeping up with friends who have fallen off the forums.
