Hi been a member of another forum for some time and know a few members are active here so thought I'd try this forum too.

Been working in construction carpentry and joinery for 40 years, also worked in the oil and renewable energy sector fitting out. Have my own trade machinery pretty much what you would need but always looking at more toys. Interested in CAD and CNC but not used CNC at all, any help there would be nice

That's my first post over.

Welcome Mark, we are a friendly bunch who like photos , don't be shy. Our resident CAD expert, Dave R, is incredibly generous with his time and help and I am sure he will answer any queries yo may have on the Dedisn and CAD board.
I do not think therefore I do not am.

cheers
Andy

Hi Mark,

Welcome to the haven! I do most things to do with motors but I guess you knew that already!

Pull up a chair and join in.

Cheers

Thank you all for the welcome. I have a bit of time to myself (may be short lived) at the moment, so hope I can post some pics of upcoming work as and when.

9fingers I do know you are really knowledgeable RE: motors etc, you have helped me out in the past.

Hi Mark, I remember your username from the other forum and if memory serves, your work is right up there in the top drawer. Looking forward to seeing new projects. 8-)
