Hello all, good to see a number of names I recognise on this forum. Not been here before but I used to post on the wood haven and UKW before that but stopped coming on wood forums when I faced facts I had neither time or space for woodworking!
Well all change we are moving to a new house (hopefully not exchanged yet) with space for a workshop or double garage not quite sure so I've registered to get back into woodworking. In particular initially need to decide what to do about a workshop.
We have plans for the house which involve quite a bit of work by me and also the garage is shot so priority is sorting the outside. Don't quite know which way I'll go yet either double garage with half for the classic car and half for a workshop or sort the garage and build a separate wood shop. Garage boundary is up against neighbouring property so building regs may sway my decision on this.

Welcome to the haven #2
We all have breaks in actually doing any projects. Good thing here is you can watch others working in between times
The spam trap will go away after 3 posts so keep going...

Thanks all. I have a Morris minor which was my wife's first car and garage is top of both out lists for when we move in!
Will be going back for measurements and photos soon as we want to have a plan ready for when we move in so will put some up here then.
