Hello and greeting from Weston super Mare.
I am 67 and retired and volunteer in a workshop for people with learning difficulties. We recycle old furniture for a local Hospice care for them to sell in their shops. I have my own workshop in my garage that is cram packed with tools and machines. Too much to make it comfortable to work in. I have been woodturning for about a year and enjoy it very much. something quite satisfying about a smooth finished piece of wood showing the grain to its best.
Looking forward to gleaning much information from the forum.
Kind regards
Roger

Welcome from me too. Nice to have another novice woodturner around. I too have only been at it for a year and the learning curve seems very steep at times.
We would love to see pictures of anything you make or turn.
I do not think therefore I do not am.
cheers
Andy

Hi,
welcome to the forum
I know what you mean about a clutter workshop, I have been trying to make some working space in mine.
Regards,
Dave
My tool kit is almost complete, only a few more to get.

Welcome to the forum Roger. I'm just over the Devon border (not far from tauton) so you're almost local
