Returning

Postby Charlotte » 03 Apr 2015, 09:12

I'm back and will tonight or tomorrow be taking delivery of 24 pieces of 2x4 redwood.

I have got to a stage with the boat that requires a decent bench to progress things at a sensible speed. I now also possess a decent camera. My darling mother has offered me the dining room/sitting room area to build this monster and I am both nervous and looking forward to it. I'm off to start a new thread full of dumb questions now!

Welcome to the forum, Charlotte. Good to see you've got a camera as we like photos!

Welcome back Charlotte. I recall your boating exploits from the old Haven. I hope all is well with you and look forward to your posts and photos.

Welcome back aboard our board. Looking forward to plenty of WIP pics of the new bench. Probably best to build indoors and not outside like Mr Sellers
I do not think therefore I do not am.

cheers

Hi Charlotte. I was not on the old Haven so know nothing of your boat, so would love to see a picture or two.

Terry.

This is Roe after repainting which I had done whilst she was out for some fairly serious welding in November.. I'm currently moored in this yard. From a facilities point of view, it is either wonderful or awful depending on your view. I appreciate having plasma cutters, cranes and forklifts at my disposal....but I'd rather have a garden, fewer trip hazards and public transport links to somewhere (less) civilised.
