Noooooo!

Postby PAC1 » 11 Nov 2023, 16:55

I have spent the day machining up. 3:45 last batch through the thicknesses at 115mm. The rise and fall mechanism breaks at 117mm. Not tonight. A job for tomorrow.
It should not be difficult just a pain to get to.

Bad news. Sympathies.

Also had a bad weekend.
Don't like: wood, engines, electrickery, decorating, tiling, laying stone, plumbing, gardening or any kind of DIY. Not wild about spiders either.

You could post your issue on Felder owners group, they are very helpful.

Ah, OK. If you'd been closer, you'd have been welcome to use my C3-31.

I'd echo Jonathan's suggestion re FOG. Felder tech can get very spendy.

Finally sorted. I was abroad all last week doing the day job.
It was a process of elimination and knowing the parts.
Two very small grub screws had come loose. I thought it was a pin not grub screws so took a long time to realise.
I have tightened them up and it works.

Glad your sorted !
That would have hurt, to pay Felder to come and tighten a couple of grub screws.
