Hi Rod...many thanks for the suggestion.

My bad...I was really after someone who had the book and could tell me if there was much inside it relating to doors and architraves. Particularly interested in the relative proportions of a six-panel door.

As an aside, phil.p over on UKW recommended Waterstones Marketplace which I didn't know existed.

The book called “The Elements of Style” is an Encyclopedia of Domestic Architectural Detail for the last 500
years, I use it as a reference for period joinery

I can't find any reference to a book with that title. Can you please give me any more information ?
