I have some high frequency jobbys buzz when there cold but once there hot it stops cheep to run and they give out a lot of light ;)

I was looking for something on lights, LED, to replace the useless kitchen tube light, and this olde thread popped up. 8-)

Also thought then it might be useful information with all the sheds being built, so bumped it up. :D

thanks Phil because only today was I thinking I need to replace so old feeble bayonet energy saving lights in my garage with modern encapsulated tubes - i did over my bench and lathe a few years ago but not the other side of the garage. I couldn't remember where I'd bought them but it was TLC.
