Thanks Rod for the heads up! To be honest, this is the sort of job that I would have jumped at before, but now avoid like the plague! I try to stick to jobs where it's just me and the client in the discussion. As soon as anyone else gets involved, be it listed consent, builders, architects, church committee, everyone wants to have their say and we lose some control.
