Mulks post yesterday (wood bank) reminded me of some doors I bought of a certain auction website.

Last year I bought 3 internal mahogany doors for £10, the seller wanted me to take more, I simply couldn't because they were resting on the back of the front passenger seat and they were heavy!
They were six panel doors, my circular saw soon cut the stiles off, then I cut the top, middle and bottom rails off, the panels were then prised out of the mullions(?), I gave my brother a few of the panels to use on his scrollsaw, the rest I kept, which is a help of a lot of mahogany (it could actually be Sepele, I can't tell the difference).
Because of my disability (spinal problems) I don't make large items anymore, so these pieces of timber are ideal for me, the panels are approx 1/2" thick so they are a good size for box making.
