reversing motor

Hi all I have this Clarke motor that I want to use as a feed motor for my planer. It goes the wrong way. Can the rotation be changed?

Just swap the ends of the run winding whilst keeping the start winding as it is.

Usually the two straps are moved from east west as in your photo to north south
HOWEVER don't just blindly follow this but instead draw out what is connected to what and make sure you understand what is being changed.

Normally there would be a diagram inside the lid of the terminal box - not everyone looks...
