Here's the place to talk about all your table saws, bandsaws, routers and dust extractors. In fact anything that makes noise and uses electrickery.

I'm quite keen on getting a little milling machine for small bits of metal working. I though ebay would be awash with second hand machines but it really isn't. Looking at the new market I though the Clark CMD300 looked like a decent machine and is apparently a Sieg X2 clone?

Forget Clarke - poor QA and minimal support.
A Sieg from Arc eurotrade should suit and they clean and set up the machines. They are also very good for support.
What ever you get, you will always have a bigger job for it so get the heftiest you can accomodate and afford.
Arc Euro also do the CNC version - temptation.....
Warco quite good too - stay away from Chester lots of stories of poor support on the web.
Warco have open days now and then with good offers - they are near Guildford.

Ah ok, Clarke forgotten.
I did see the Sieg from Arc Eurotrade, they aren't much more expensive. I'll put one on my shopping list!
