Nice Ian.

What is the upright section on the pallet?

I suspect that the difference is about quality control like when you buy weetabix the cheaper ones are made in the same place but the ingredients and quality control slightly differ

Design is exactly the extensions are flat on mine but other than that its the exact same machine

Mine did arrive after 3 days though which was probably the biggest difference and the bloody price lol

I guess the big test will be if we need any aftermarket support

Not sure the difference in price is warranted but ive been bitten too many times by cheaper copies from china so i opted for the safe option

If your talking about the bandsaw

It was a cheapo spur of the moment thing from fleabay both tyres are now perrished and its a toss up if it goes to the same place as my old table saw or i buy some new ones and repair

As for my old table saw it was a charnwood 10 inch aluminium one i think it was the W616 but it was a shocking saw and eventually gave up the ghost

Have to say after desiring the SIP for over 10 years i am not dissapointed

I am glad i didnt get the sliding carriage though i wouldnt have room ;)
