There have been a few clues scattered about the internet talking about a forthcoming 18v Track Saw from Bosch:

This is the best one with good pictures.

Campbell Miller admitted that they could see this tool on the Bosch dealer portal, but with no release date or price.

Anyone seen any newer news about this?

Thanks
Ian

Interesting - over a year later from my post above - many dealers have this new 18v plunge saw on their websites - but all are out of stock.

So it's still not generally available - odd, and a very long time to bring this product to market. What gives Bosch?

It's not just that saw. Covid has wreaked havoc with supply lines from China.

Well at least we can now figure out what is made in Europe and what is made in China by it's availability. Not looking good for a lot of supposed "European" makers by the looks of it, as nearly everything is out of stock. Does make yo consider how beneficial overall is globalisation, not just in tools but everything else?
