Walnut Bowl

Postby Dalboy » 15 Sep 2016, 20:30

Had a rummage through my wood blanks and thought I would rough turn one of the Walnut ones. Turned the outside and did a moisture test and it was down to 12% so the log had been laying around longer than I thought, so I decided to turn to completion.
So here it is, size is 9" X 2"

That's nice, I like the raised lip, sets it off.

Yes, I like that too. That lips is not only raised but looks as if there is a groove around it too which sharpens it.
I do not think therefore I do not am.

cheers
