Two pens

This is the first pieces of turning for a while and it feels good to be in front of the lathe.

The first is a cartridge rifle pen with a blank that I made myself. I left the cartridge with some tarnish on it but myself and the wife think it would be better polished so I will be doing that sometime today.
The second is a slimline but I changed the centre band which really turns it into a streamline. The wood on this is Panga Panga

Nice work Derek.

I prefer number 2 Panga Panga as a pen.

I only cast and turned the blank the bullet part was what someone made up and not a standard kit but it was the slimline parts used to make it
