Pine computer desk

This is where we don't want anything but evidence of your finest wood butchering in all its glorious, and photograph laden glory. Bring your finished products or WIP's, we love them all, so long as there's pictures, and plenty of 'em!

I have just about finished this desk for a client. They wanted rustic looking drawer fronts and door with a smooth finish on the rest. My customer is going to put a finish on it. :D

I am now waiting for one more handle which they missed off the order! :x

Great stuff ! Are those ventilation slots I see on the LHS of the cupboard ?

Perhaps they will look better when it has its finish but I don't like the handles - the rest looks great.

Yes David, the computer tower unit will fit into the cupboard so needed plenty of ventilation. I think the handles will look better once the finish is on.

Nice work Alan.

The top drawer looks like 2 handles?

Agree about the handles, maybe when the finish is on. Will they send you some pics?

Cheers

I presume to make it look like two smaller drawers when closed, which I think is a more typical way to have the pedestal drawers. Is that right?

Again, not a style I would want, but nicely made and if we all liked the same things life would be jolly dull.

Terry.
