Clamp rack & charging station

Hopefully over the holidays I’m going to try & get a little more organised in the workshop, to this end I’ve made a start on a clamp rack & unit for battery chargers.

The rack was made from a piece of aluminium angle with 1/4” slots milled at 1 & 1/4” centres, I was going to paint the angle but after cleaning it up with some webrax it came up quite shiny

Once fitted to the wall I was pleased I hadn’t bothered painting it as it’s almost invisible

For the unit I used the black MFC & 2mm green edging I’d used previously in the year when I made a unit for some mini systainers.

I’ve added doors as this is quite close to the lathe so hopefully stray wood shavings & dust will be kept to a minimum around the chargers

Aluminium oxidises at the drop of a hat. It won't stay shiny long. As you say, though, it's all but invisible.

Being as you have not left room for expansion on that rack can we assume you have enough clamps :)
I do not think therefore I do not am.
