Mike's renovation project brought back to me all the horrors that I went through a few years back.

It took me well over a year....well over. I expect Mike will be done in a couple of months !!
If opportunity doesn't knock, build a door.

I remember some of those photos, Roger. You did some really nice work.........

Did you build that lantern yourself over the orangery (single storey rear extension)?

It took me well over a year....well over. I expect Mike will be done in a couple of months !!


I reckon 5-6 months for the extension, then the renovation will take as long as it takes. I've got to strip it right back to the frame and remove the plinth before I start rebuilding.

Thanks, Mike. No the flat roof was contracted out. GlueLam beams, fibreglass roof...not a bad job.
