Saving a Vid?

Postby Phil » 29 May 2017, 11:07

I know how to download and save Y-T vids.

However a Vid pops up in an e-mail link from say Finewoodworking or Woodworkers ….. which is a freebee view.

But I would like to download and save for viewing later on.

Question – is there a way to do this? :?

Firefox has an app/extension called Video Downloader (I think) that captures videos.

I have that installed on multiple Windows 10 machine, it works most of the time, there does appear to be a flag the poster of the video can set that will block the download.

My search found 2 of them.

The one is V D Proffesional, which I downloaded and installed.

BUT, nothing happens. There is a small icon up top which then takes me to a site where I can purchase for US$9.99

What should I actually be looking for?
