Funny you mention that but I've been keeping quiet, but I have finally succumbed to life and GALMI to finish off the outside bits (digging out the stone backfill that the builders used to support the scaffolds so I can put topsoil in for beds, finishing stripping back the recycled window frames for painting etc).
Window cills are now in place and I just need to point up around the bricks I had to take out to fit them. Need to add the scraps of 4" insulation into the RSJ cavities to clad that then put the final plasterboard sheets up to cover that then the insides can get a paint and we're flying!
Electrics will be done with my mate when we have some time but I have enough sparkery in there to be able to alarm and light it so can move in as soon as the aforementioned are done. He won't be back until next Friday now but should get a few days at it to finish then!
Cheers
