One of my Granddaughters plays the cello - I suppose they might be a bit easier to make because of their size??
No chance of me making one as I’ve two clocks still to finish.
I was at a function the other day where an old gentleman was recounting his childhood where he played cricket with some friends using an old violin as the bat which got smashed to pieces.
Turned out it was a Guarneri and would have been worth a few £m today!!
