Axminster - Customer Service as it should be

Hang up your Chisels and Plane blades and take a load off with a recently turned goblet of your favourite poison, in the lounge of our Gentlemen's (and ladies) Club.

Axminster - Customer Service as it should be

Postby RogerS » 15 Jun 2018, 08:23

:text-bravo:

The rubber on one of the drive wheels in my very elderly Axminster AWSBS2 bandsaw perished last night. Just come off the phone with Axminster. Replacement rubber still available. Two ordered (one for spare).

"I see you have some credit on your account..would you like to use it ?" :o "Yes please" says I.

Sorted and in the post.

I do remember once some years ago (before I worked for Ax) I had a legit complaint about something and the person I was nattering to started to get a bit snotty; when I mentioned during the course of the conversation that I knew Ian Styles personally he changed his tune very, very rapidly :D - Rob
I no longer work for Axminster Tools & Machinery.
