Hang up your Chisels and Plane blades and take a load off with a recently turned goblet of your favourite poison, in the lounge of our Gentlemen's (and ladies) Club.

I need some black paint to touch up the inscribed letters on my mother’s gravestone.
Her ashes are interred at her local church’s graveyard in Yorkshire so we don’t get to visit it that often. The stone is laid flat to the ground so soon gets covered in crud.
We tidied it up last weekend but some of the black lettering has worn away and it would be nice to reinstate it.
Only need a small amount, does anybody know of what I can use?

Not the sort of thing you want to get wrong nor make a mess of. I would give your friendly gravestone maker a quick call and ask for recommendations. I think the stone may need to be primed first but it was a long time ago.
I do not think therefore I do not am.
cheers
