I'm pretty certain that if a member uses the "foe" then they don't even see the post from their foes.

Rod are you still having problems? If so could you please try using something other than tapatalk as an experiment and see if the problem persists.
DaveL is another TT user, so maybe PM him to see if he has the same issue as you have.
Is there a concept of a cache or similar in TT? maybe try clearing that.
Mark is off watch at the moment but due back in a couple of days so lets provide as much info as we can.

Cheers

Sometimes my Android phone simply refuses to so send or receive emails. The only way I can find to cure it is to delete the email account and then set it up again. Only takes a minute to do.
Perhaps a similar reset, reload or reboot of TT might help.
I do not think therefore I do not am.

Email is fine, it's only this one instance, everything else is working fine.
The only other time something similar happens is when I try to use emojis on UKW. I have to use :) instead of

Thanks for trying Roger but the issue is with Rod failing to reply to Tusses original post here

I just tried replying to that thread using TT and no problems. Tried both the Reply button and Quick Reply. (Replies now deleted.)

OK Thanks Roger
Very helpful as I don't have TT on anything here to try it.

Rod, how long would it take to delete/uninstall TT from your device and then reinstall? Don't do this unless you are sure you will not lose and critical settings, passwords, etc.

Just a thought

Just another thought to do first is to use another browser and see if that works or not and potentially less destructive that removing TT.

It must be the day for computer foul ups. I'm sitting here recovering from a total HD failure building up my desktop PC from scratch from backups various. What else to do on a rainy day but watch windaz re-install and wondering about getting a SSD?

It's just that one post that I cannot reply to, the new one from Tusses replied ok.
Don't really want to delete TT apart from losing things, I would have to reload via iTunes and that could open up a can of worms.

Ah balls, I think I've just gone and deleted Tusses post instead of my test reply...

Really do need to stop logging in and trying to fix things when I'm falling asleep tired...

Sorry Tusses, I'm logging off now and not coming back until tomorrow when I will hopefully be able to focus...

Will try and recover it but don't fancy my chances as previous attempts didn't go well, sorry...

I feel like such a spanner having done it for the SECOND time!!! I blame Tapatalk! I think this is the only negative I can find to Tapatalk, the Mod tools are very unclear and limited compared to the web forum.

I really should have waited until I was at the Mac rather than trying to fix it from the sofa on my phone...

I shall never again be Moderating from my phone!
