Yep, that's exactly what I was replying to. That inner skin should be down 4 or 6 inches, and the floor (and insulation under it) should have been taken out to the inside of the outer skin. Also, the DPC from the inner skin should have been involved (down over the end of the wall/ reveal, under the threshold, and up the other side).
However, as is fashionable to say these days, we are where we are. Tuck everything in neatly (it doesn't much matter which piece of plastic is on top), stuff some Celotex in the cavity against the face of the inner skin, and back fill the rest with concrete. Or just do it all with concrete. Or Celotex and foam. Then a board or tiles over the top.
