Combustibility

After the horrific and dreadful Grenfell Towers fire and the use of combustible cladding, how does Celotex rate in this respect?
This is from their information but I don't really understand what it means in reality:

"Celotex is classed as combustible when tested in accordance with BS476 and has a class 1 surface spread of flame when tested to the same standard.

For premium fire performance please see ourCelotex FR5000 and products"
