Garage worshop upgrade

Postby Bucks woodshop » 23 May 2018, 20:43

Thought id start the upgrade of the garage workshop as i have a SIP 01332 turning up next week

Plan is one wall floor to ceiling storage with mitre saw inbuilt

Rolling flip carts for my smaller tools like drill press band saw etc

So these are the before picture with the rough plan for the mitre saw station with storage

Extraction is still under review as i have one cyclone thats small for a shop vac and i have a Sip single bag hvlp 100mm extractor but no cyclone for that one

Hope to get it all done over the summer wish me luck

Good luck. (well, you did ask :D )

If the OSB walls and ceiling are staying, then while everything is out, or at leats being moved about, how about painting them matt white. It makes an amazing difference to the overall lighting.

I have better things to do than make dovetails and raised panel doors in the workshop that's for sure lol

Its functional and the storage is great one more cabinet with 8 drawers and that wall.is done
