I made this years ago, from somewhere on the net, not my idea but it works well. I needed to use it so thought I would do a show and tell.

I have the big Triton router in the Trend router table and the cutter is a Freud one also bought years ago. I know that Wealdon do a nice bit suitable for this task.

That's a neat solution !! I seem to recall opj/olly (what happened to him ) having a similar setup......I think.
