When I try to login to the forum on my Moto G Android 6 I initially get the next page but then it immediately refreshes back to the login page. Any ideas whats going on?
I thought perhaps it was due to the unsecured free wifi I was using but then I get the same problem at home.
I do not think therefore I do not am.
cheers

Possibly a DNS issue to cause the difference between phone platforms

As I log on with the mobile so infrequently it is hard to know when this started. First noticed back in June and again last week. Not needed to try in between those times. Hardly critical but as the iPad refuses to allow any sort of connection over un unsecured network it does leave me a little frustrated at times.
I do not think therefore I do not am.
cheers

Not sure how DNS can be an issue -assuming that Andy (like me) is using a mobile network to access the site. The DNS side of things is surely going to be at the mobile providers end and we'd have no control as one would if we were using our own routers..
Andy - who is your mobile provider ? I'm on Vodafone now.

Mobile provider here is a company called Free. ICBA to log a call with them at the moment so will just have to live with it.

I'd guess that it's a particular version(s) of Android running on mobiles but possibly not tablets

Next time Andy try selecting the Log me in automatically box at the login screen. I noticed I had the same problem as you so I tried selecting that box and it works.

I just tried without the auto login. Some thing, just cycles back to login screen. Did as you suggest and bingo!
Thanks Rog.
