Stu, I take your point, we all need to be better informed AND work out what WE - as individuals - can do, but, having been to the Amazon and seen for myself the aftermath of deforestation, I'm of the opinion 'every little helps'.

But so far I never asked my butcher where he gets his meat It's grass fed, so I suppose it should be ok!
