• Hi all and welcome to TheWoodHaven2 brought into the 21st Century, kicking and screaming! We all have Alasdair to thank for the vast bulk of the heavy lifting to get us here, no more so than me because he's taken away a huge burden of responsibility from my shoulders and brought us to this new shiny home, with all your previous content (hopefully) still intact! Please peruse and feed back. There is still plenty to do, like changing the colour scheme, adding the banner graphic, tweaking the odd setting here and there so I have added a new thread in the 'Technical Issues, Bugs and Feature Requests' forum for you to add any issues you find, any missing settings or just anything you'd like to see added/removed from the feature set that Xenforo offers. We will get to everything over the coming weeks so please be patient, but add anything at all to the thread I mention above and we promise to get to them over the next few days/weeks/months. In the meantime, please enjoy!

Accchhh. I just had a rant at the Royal.Mail messing me about. I'm 130 miles from.home (family mini crisis) with 4 parcels inbound to my domicile, one of which is b.p. meds. Trying to get through their website to divert the parcels to my later pickup at the local Post Office proved to be  so difficult and frustrating, I blew!
Then, I reckoned nobody needed/wanted to know about the continuing shambles there, so I withdrew it.
Thanks for the query, Phil. It gave me a wee fillip this morning; made me smile.

I'm all good, thank you muchly Bob.

Long story, but essentially, I deeply suspect that the stand-in postie, following out-of-date delivery instructions, (superceded by my redirection request) left a parcel out in the open for an indeterminate amount of time, then returned, picked it up and took it to the Post Office for me to collect....but did not make it clear he/she/it had done so....all I had was a card through the letter box saying "on the table"...😳

The same individual seems to taken a photograph of my meds parcel "delivered" in his hand outside my front door. No proof it ever made it through the letterbox....fortunately it did..
