Hello from the SE

Postby borntoyawn » 06 Apr 2021, 09:38

Hello everyone,

I thought it's about time I said hello, I've been lurking here (and there) for a few years.

I moved home a few years ago, and I've finally found time to start building a small workshop in my long, narrow garden. All the advice on here has been very, very helpful. I can't imagine how I'd manage to do it properly without it. Once completed my tools can be rescued from a friends garage.

I'd say I'm still very much a beginner, even though I did a couple of years of part-time furniture making at Moulton College around 8-10 years ago - which if still running I can recommend, if you don't mind mixing with a room full of 3rd year students and apprentices.

Anyway.... Thank you to everyone who makes this place what it is.

Cheers,
John

Welcome abroad John from NW France.

SE London (Bromley) was my old stomping ground before we came here.
I do not think therefore I do not am.

cheers
