Back in the workshops

Postby droogs » 22 Aug 2021, 10:53

As you mostly know I have had a bit of a hiatus from being able to work in the shop over the last wee while. However, I have now been back in over the last week and apart from making a lot of dust sanding and refinishing lots of oval window frames for a certain gentleman of renown, I made this for the upcoming hundreds of cabinets I need to make to replace all the ones that were ripped out to get the new floor in the flat

Excellent news, Alan. That looks a very nifty jig. Does this mean that I need to dust my passport off to cross the border soon ? ;) :D

Having barely set foot in my workshop for 6 months I can only imagine how good it feels to be doing something creative and useful. Glad you are feeling well enough to do so.
I do not think therefore I do not am.

cheers

Thanks guys,

Roger, the other guys have been a bit busy this week to get a build out for a church restoration finished and I have only had limited time to do the ovals due to access to the big machines and the spray booth. Will hopefully have them all complete at the COP of next week if that's OK with you. It's why I had time to make the jig and a new box for my Record #71
