I have a garden seat to renovate for a friend.
What rust converter/ killer works well?
Donkey’s years since I used the stuff.

If the frames are made from cast iron, u only need to wire brush it clean...and use some kinda Red oxide paint as a base coat.....
if they are made from mild steel then use a rust converter......
or
personally I'd get em sand blasted and powder coated or hot dip galv if u want a lasting job.....
I have used Screwfix's own rust converter with no probs.....
