Cherry Vase, 190mm high.
Finish:-
Internals: Cut & Polish wax.
Externals: CSS, 3wheel buffed and Microcrystalline wax.

Thanks for the comments, never really sure whether a form works until it sits off the lathe.

A few more Cherry logs need to be cleared out, having sat piled in a corner for several years since cutting from the original trunks. Only consolation seems to have been that it was the right environment for both the original trunks and the smaller logs given that they haven't split.

Simple Vases seem to be the quickest way to render them into form or shavings, although the hollowing out takes a disproportionate amount of the effort.
