Maybe you have got used to so many rotated pictures recently and David’s are all the right way round

Doug,
The guides are the original Startrite guides which came with the machine. They seem to work ok and are easy to adjust but I,m not convinced hat they are better than he standard bearing guides. I had a few problems a few years ago when some of the ptfe rubbing strips came unstuck but I glued them back in with superglue and they haven't moved since.
