Just realised that I have posted this in the wrong place, can a mod fix it for me please?

I've rotated the photo for you, you need to do that on your phone or computer prior to uploading.
Where do you want it moving to, workshops?

Was ordered in May for delivery in July. Finally arrived in December
Her majesty insisted it looked nice, I just wanted the space.
It was actually cheaper than a traditional garden shed of similar capacity.

I can't think what regulation might be troubled by that. Outbuildings can be as close to a house as you like. Indeed, you can build outbuildings hard up against your house, with certain provisos. So, relax.

Some say it is all of any wall which extends to within 1m of the boundary. Some say it is the entire wall build up (this is rare, in my experience). Others will accept just a fire-resistant cladding on the outside. Some require cementitious boards at the eaves. Others don't.
