My wife helped me build three oak framed outbuildings. Heavy wood. Some people are workers and some are shirkers.

Mine helped me build a new kitchen and bathroom return. '00's of breeze blocks, couple of tonnes of timber....cinch.

Bizarrely we work well together doing flatpack items, admittedly its been a long time since we did any, she prefers reclaimed items nowadays. I've just been putting the wendy house back together and did it all by myself. I had to lift the front section upright and knew she wouldnt of been able to help much, so instead I used an engine hoist and props.

Looked at that site, well, never too old to learn new bedroom tricks

Ours is similar, although she has helped holding large panels for the saw.

I'm not sure I can trust my wife to do that Phil although being an ex nurse she's very handy when it comes to stitching cuts if too big for the superglue to cope with.
