Hi all and welcome to TheWoodHaven2 brought into the 21st Century, kicking and screaming! We all have Alasdair to thank for the vast bulk of the heavy lifting to get us here, no more so than me because he's taken away a huge burden of responsibility from my shoulders and brought us to this new shiny home, with all your previous content (hopefully) still intact! Please peruse and feed back. There is still plenty to do, like changing the colour scheme, adding the banner graphic, tweaking the odd setting here and there so I have added a new thread in the 'Technical Issues, Bugs and Feature Requests' forum for you to add any issues you find, any missing settings or just anything you'd like to see added/removed from the feature set that Xenforo offers. We will get to everything over the coming weeks so please be patient, but add anything at all to the thread I mention above and we promise to get to them over the next few days/weeks/months. In the meantime, please enjoy!

What a wonderful sight!
A mate of mine in the 60s only had a BSA combination and when he and his fiancé married they still lived with her mum and dad. When they eventually got somewhere of their own, a bungalow in Greenford, he moved everything, including the bedroom suite, on the combo to the new place.
When she eventually arrived after he had got everything in place, she asked what was cooking in the oven.
He showed her; the crankcase halves of the beeza, so he could replace the mains!!

I worked with a chap in the 70's who used to put his triumph crank cases in the dishwasher on the hottest cycle when changing the mains, we never had a dishwasher back then so I was a bit jealous.

I'm a widower. My dearly departed missus would have a fit if she saw her dining table now. Yes, that's an electric keyboard in the background - I would never have got away with that either. The living room is full of guitars (overspill from the loft recording studio) and a humongous home theatre AV system. The hall is full of guitar amps. People who visit have called my house "eclectic" :lol:

I'm not married yet but my partner is very understanding about the need to fix push bikes in the kitchen. That might change when the workshed is finished.
