• Hi all and welcome to TheWoodHaven2 brought into the 21st Century, kicking and screaming! We all have Alasdair to thank for the vast bulk of the heavy lifting to get us here, no more so than me because he's taken away a huge burden of responsibility from my shoulders and brought us to this new shiny home, with all your previous content (hopefully) still intact! Please peruse and feed back. There is still plenty to do, like changing the colour scheme, adding the banner graphic, tweaking the odd setting here and there so I have added a new thread in the 'Technical Issues, Bugs and Feature Requests' forum for you to add any issues you find, any missing settings or just anything you'd like to see added/removed from the feature set that Xenforo offers. We will get to everything over the coming weeks so please be patient, but add anything at all to the thread I mention above and we promise to get to them over the next few days/weeks/months. In the meantime, please enjoy!

Workshop builds - google earth/satellite view

Many years ago, building the M3 at Popham, my Clerk of Works (ex deep sea diver) put his old divers suit complete with helmet in an outstretched shape on the roof of our site office to "confuse" the many helicopters flying over from Odiham.
It eventually got stolen and years later, to his dismay, found the helmets fetched good prices.

It's my long lost brother from another mother - he's the culprit. :lol:

The only thing I can think of is something I may have heard on the news a few days ago, but I thought that was a helicopter and not Google Earth. :|
 
I'm afraid the bungalow behind me's lounge window overlooks my 'shop roof. I could get into trouble!

Just with all the workshop builds going on , on here .. I wondered if anyone might like to get noticed ! :lol:

I was up on my roof today, clearing leaves, as we're expecting storms later. wondering what I could put on it :D

maybe a swimming pool with people on lilo's or something .. that'd get the councils interest I'm sure ! :lol:
