• Hi all and welcome to TheWoodHaven2 brought into the 21st Century, kicking and screaming! We all have Alasdair to thank for the vast bulk of the heavy lifting to get us here, no more so than me because he's taken away a huge burden of responsibility from my shoulders and brought us to this new shiny home, with all your previous content (hopefully) still intact! Please peruse and feed back. There is still plenty to do, like changing the colour scheme, adding the banner graphic, tweaking the odd setting here and there so I have added a new thread in the 'Technical Issues, Bugs and Feature Requests' forum for you to add any issues you find, any missing settings or just anything you'd like to see added/removed from the feature set that Xenforo offers. We will get to everything over the coming weeks so please be patient, but add anything at all to the thread I mention above and we promise to get to them over the next few days/weeks/months. In the meantime, please enjoy!

Sadly not shown on live English TV so had to watch series 2 on iplayer.
Very gritty, atmospheric police drama filmed in West Wales. They made it in two version, Welsh and English - the English version has some subtitles but it all adds to the great filming, acting and the Welsh location.
We are now watching series 1 again (originally broadcast in 2013 which is available on Netflix.
Series 3 is being filmed at the moment to be shown later this year.
Well worth a watch.

+1 I agree this is a good programme. Wish BBC did more of this sort of thing & forgot the reality shoes / pseudo competitions i.e. The Voice, Strictly, Bake Off etc. Sorry rant over!

I agree with you on The Voice but the other two are good!! Beats violence and gritty dramas.

Our family watched early series of all three of those, mainly driven by my daughter. But by series 3 or 4 even she had thrown in the towel as there is nothing new in them. I have to say I have an issue with any of the programmes that purport to be 'celebrity' competitions, what makes them think people care about a bunch of has beens or never beens or indeed in some cases other halves of hardly known 'celebrities'? But each to there own, it is not like there isn't a mind boggling range out there, and I am sure if I admitted what I like watching on hear I would never hear the last of it

Terry.

if it helps me relax than I watch it. Generally means quite stuff like Endeavour, sadly just finished, or Death in Paradise. Easy on the eye and ear. I don;t want to have to think to much when I watch TV.

I quite like Hinterland, but prefer Shetland.
Another BBC cop drama from an outlying region!
First 2 parts of series 3 on iPlayer now.
