• Hi all and welcome to TheWoodHaven2 brought into the 21st Century, kicking and screaming! We all have Alasdair to thank for the vast bulk of the heavy lifting to get us here, no more so than me because he's taken away a huge burden of responsibility from my shoulders and brought us to this new shiny home, with all your previous content (hopefully) still intact! Please peruse and feed back. There is still plenty to do, like changing the colour scheme, adding the banner graphic, tweaking the odd setting here and there so I have added a new thread in the 'Technical Issues, Bugs and Feature Requests' forum for you to add any issues you find, any missing settings or just anything you'd like to see added/removed from the feature set that Xenforo offers. We will get to everything over the coming weeks so please be patient, but add anything at all to the thread I mention above and we promise to get to them over the next few days/weeks/months. In the meantime, please enjoy!

Hope you guys are doing OK down South. Looks pretty grim for some.

Deluge in Kent. Really heavy and prolonged. Our side stream was full at about 2am. It's all quite dramatic.

A bit damp here as well. Stair rods yesterday and it's been coming down continuously all day - Rob

Roger?! Why in blazes did you have to jinx it Man? I have no sooner read your initial post, than Gawd empties his chamberpot over what you've christened: "The Sunset Strip"!! I had outdoor plans! 1727090872177.png

Yours soggily, the 'guern' known as Sam.

I believe our esteemed Moderator is now a steamed Moderator. It appears the divine chamber pot visited his domicile. Gloat? Moi? 😇
Ah but I were at Newcastle airport and surprised to see all the water across the roads when we returned. Must have been a helluva downpour. Then nothing more.

It seems to have been quite localised downpours Roger, we haven't had much here. A lovely day on Wednesday, I cut some of the hedges, rained a bit Thursday but Friday and yesterday half decent again. Cutting hedges again I was rather hoping for heavy rain so I could have an excuse to stop. ;)

winchester, Hants not USA, has it rough at the moment.
