• Hi all and welcome to TheWoodHaven2 brought into the 21st Century, kicking and screaming! We all have Alasdair to thank for the vast bulk of the heavy lifting to get us here, no more so than me because he's taken away a huge burden of responsibility from my shoulders and brought us to this new shiny home, with all your previous content (hopefully) still intact! Please peruse and feed back. There is still plenty to do, like changing the colour scheme, adding the banner graphic, tweaking the odd setting here and there so I have added a new thread in the 'Technical Issues, Bugs and Feature Requests' forum for you to add any issues you find, any missing settings or just anything you'd like to see added/removed from the feature set that Xenforo offers. We will get to everything over the coming weeks so please be patient, but add anything at all to the thread I mention above and we promise to get to them over the next few days/weeks/months. In the meantime, please enjoy!

Hi all. Wondering if anybody might have an electronic copy of the user manual for the 2009 and previous Hammer A3 31/41 planer thicknessers that they could email to me?

The catch is that it needs to apply to the red/grey model with the centre mounted fence where the tables are lifted separately - that is the variant prior to the more recent one where they are tied and lift together. The manual for the newer version is widely available from the various manuals sites but seemingly not for this older one. (?)

I hadn't looked at my copy for many years and seem to have mislaid it.

I have the Hammer set up manual for this variant of the A3 series in electronic form if it would be of use to anybody - the principles will apply to the newer version and even to other makers' machines. Hammer set up manuals these days seem not to be generally available as was the case in the mid 2000s, can't imagine why....:sneaky:

Thanks

Presuming you mean the US FOG the answer is no Roger.

It's probably the best shot. I was in the old group but lost contact when that went off the air...

I’ve have the paper copy.
As Rodger says, the Felder Owners Group is the best place for a electronic copy.

Give FELDER a ring in Milton Keynes, they will probably email it to you

Thanks guys. It's sorted out - the German distributor I deal with from time to time has just emailed copies of the user manual and parts list.
